BUYERS-
Buying a house is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make in your lifetime. Once you have decided on a home and had an offer accepted by the seller this inspection will point out any Maintenance Items, Recommendations, and Safety Hazards that the house may have. Our goal is to provide you with a detailed inspection report that will give you the information needed to know exactly what you are investing in.
SELLERS-
Having an inspection done prior to listing your home is a great way to get ahead of the game when putting your home on the market. This inspection gives you the opportunity to correct any potential defects that may later be deal breakers for potential buyers, as well as give you confidence in your asking price.
NEW CONSTRUCTION -
PRE-DRYWALL: This is a great way to pinpoint any defects that otherwise may have later gone unnoticed. This type of inspection enables us to see all the plumbing, electrical, framing, etc. It gives us the ability to obtain information that would otherwise be unobtainable once the walls of the house are covered.
POST-DRYWALL: When buying a new construction home, we believe it is a good idea to have an inspection done to ensure that there are no potential defects that may have been overlooked during the building process.
